High above the river Danube you find the little village of Satzbach, 

which is beautifully located in the foothills of the Bavarian Forest. In only a matter of minutes, 

by either car or bus, you can be in the center of the famous and quite lovely "City on the three Rivers" Passau.

We invite you to leave the world behind, relax and enjoy yourselves in the cosy atmosphere of our countryside house.

Our rustic gathering room still possesses the charm of the old 
farmhouse, where you can mingle with other guests or plan your day. 

The apartment "Baumwipfel" with balcony,  two bedrooms with two beds at each, (one doublebed- and one twobed-rom) shower and toilet, a large livingroom with kitchen, satelit-tv, phone, hair-dryer. Sheets and towels exist.

The apartment "Obstgarten" is on the ground floor with a large patio and two bedrooms each (one doublebed and one with two beds), a livingroom with kitchen,  shower and toilet, sat-tv, phone, hair-dryer. Sheets and towels are exist. This apartment  is  wheelchair-accessible

The apartment " Im Bauernhaus" A livingroom with kitchen , one bedroom with three beds, shower and a separate toilet. Sat-tv, phone, hair-dryer.
